Favorites of 2011

Oh my gosh, what a year it was! I’m overwhelmed just thinking about it! Physical proof that this year was busier than ever? I gained somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 pounds from all the sitting and editing at my desk (and from all the chai to keep me awake). You know what, though? I’ll take those 10 pounds as a sign of a wonderful, exciting, fulfilling year. Thank you to all my beautiful clients. Let’s celebrate with a little contest, shall we?

I’ve already made some AGONIZING choices, so below you will see one image from each month of the year. Wow, was it hard to choose! Now it’s your turn. Vote for your FAVORITE image of 2011 by commenting on this post. You may only choose ONE image, and you may only vote ONE time. But of course you can have all your friends and family and facebook pals vote as well. The month the image represents is listed ABOVE the image. Oh, and there are prizes! The winning shot will receive a 16×24 GALLERY WRAPPED CANVAS of an image of their choice from their winning session. And TWO lucky commenters will be chosen at random (using random.org) to receive a custom hat made by the one and only Trevor!

Voting begins NOW and will close at 5pm Tuesday, January 31st. Any comments received after that time will not be included in the random drawing or in the final counts.  I’m sure there are other fine printish things I should say, but you all know how this works, right?

One last piece of business before we get started. I will be posting new 2012 prices for sessions and collections February 1st. If you know that you would like a session in 2012, but would like to take advantage of 2011′s lower prices, you may do so by booking before February 1st. Even if you don’t know exactly when you’d like your session to take place, you may reserve a spot with 2011 pricing NOW and then choose a date when you feel more ready. Send me an email right away if you’d like to take advantage of these last days of 2011 prices.
